Pork

    We raise hogs August - December on a custom order basis.   We are currently accepting orders for August 2010. 
    Feeder pigs are obtained from local farrowers.  We select good cross breeds (eg.Duroc/Hampshire)that will gain weight efficiently and produce excellent meat quality.
    You may purchase your hog live for $1.85 lb(avg. 240lbs) or let us process it for you.  
     We offer full service custom butchering; cured and smoked hams, bacon, sausage links.  $4.75lb (whole, half or quarter hog)
